At Studio Lourdes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase, provided the items are in the same condition as when they were received.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Sale items and custom-made pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To request a return or exchange, please email us at team@studiolourdes.ph with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process.

Additional Information:

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless thitem receive was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after the return has been inspected and approved.
